Every lesson starts with a story: something you saw, read or did. We use it to practise new vocabulary and the grammar you need to tell it well.

I correct the mistakes that matter most and keep a list of words for you to review between lessons.

I worked as a reporter in Mexico City for eight years. Interviewing people taught me to listen closely and ask the next good question.

That is what our lessons feel like: a real conversation, where your ideas lead and the Spanish follows.

I watch a film almost every weekend and love talking about it afterwards. When I am not at the cinema, I am usually on a trail with my camera.

If you enjoy films or the outdoors, we will never run out of things to talk about.
